Our youth services are designed to support grieving youth (13-18 years) and increase the resilience for all they may face. We firmly believe each individual’s response to death is unique, which is why our Youth Services cater to a broad range of grief support that are not only culturally sensitive, but structured for dealing with a wide range of emotions by means of a more holistic approach.

Support Groups

Healing Hearts Teen Grief Group

For teens, ages 13-18, who have experienced the death of someone in their lives.

Our 10-week groups consist of: developing skills to cope with grief in safe and healthy ways; expressive arts and the healing process; sharing and hearing others grief stories in a supportive and safe environment; reflecting on the journey of grief and the work of mourning; engaging in mindfulness strategies.

Go to the Events page to find out when the next group is starting.

Other program events

We offer many other events for grieving youth. They have included pottery and art workshops, perfume making, potluck dinners, music therapy and much more. Please check our events page for what's coming up.
