Changing times and demographics are creating an even greater need for our services at a time when global economics are hitting closer and closer to home. Particularly, in these tough economic times it is heart warming to have the support of our diverse and caring community.

As a non profit society focused on providing and promoting effective ways to cope with end of life we continue in our efforts to enhance our services and public education and provide free services to the City of Abbotsford. To that end, the Abbotsford Hospice Society holds several fundraisers every year with our three major fundraisers being the annual Gala Benefit held every February, our charity Golf Tournament” at Ledgeview Golf & Country Club in the summer and “Diva Night” held in October.

Now more than ever we rely on, and are grateful for, the support of the businesses and organizations who sponsor our events. By participating in an AHS event as a sponsor you become an important link in the chain of support that reaches people when they need it most.

Sponsor a Program:

The Abbotsford Hospice Society gratefully accepts community support through individual and corporate donations that provide program funding. Sponsoring a particular program such as Children’s Expressive Therapies, Family Counselling, Student Support programs, Teen Grief Support or our Volunteer Training Program allows donors the opportunity to direct their donation to specific areas of interest and to more fully appreciate where their dollars are being spent. It also allows for an enhanced program of donor recognition whereby sponsorships can be advertised on printed program materials in the social and print media as well as on our website. Sponsorships provide ongoing financial support on a yearly basis.
