Chilliwack Hospice Society
Chilliwack Hospice Society is a community based volunteer organization
which accepts death as a part of life. We support individuals and families

Delta Hospice Society
The Delta Hospice Society is a non-profit charitable organization incorporated in 1991 in Delta, British Columbia. We
are a community-based organization that exists to help individuals and their families experiencing a life-threatening
diagnosis, advanced illness or bereavement, live with comfort, meaning, dignity and hope.

Fraser Canyon Hospice Society
The Fraser Canyon Hospice was started in 1995 by a group of dedicated community members who understood the importance of having
hospice supports available in the community of Hope. Now our dedicated board members and wonderful volunteers provide palliative
and bereavement support in Hope, Boston Bar, Yale, and Manning Park.
Mission Hospice Society
The Mission Hospice Society was founded in 1985 to provide compassionate care and support to the dying and the bereaved.
Hospice emphasizes "care not cure" for the terminally ill and the provision of social, emotional and spiritual comfort for
the patient, family and friends throughout the final stage of illness, at the time of death and during bereavement. Programs
and services are currently provided in the community of Mission, the surrounding area, and in the Christine Morrison Hospice
at no cost to the participants.

Surrey Hospice Society
The Surrey Hospice Society serves the Canadian community of Surrey,
British Columbia with palliative support of people nearing the end of their lives and their
caregivers and family. The Society also offers bereavement support to those that are grieving the
loss a loved-one. The bulk of the support offered is by volunteers supported by professional staff.
Volunteers are trained to be listeners and companions to the dying and their families and to those
that have lost a close family member or friend. Volunteers offer vigil support for caregivers
providing them breaks for rest and recreation or do whatever they don't otherwise have time to do.
White Rock Hospice Society
Serving the communities of the Semiahmoo Peninsula, the White Rock Hospice Society cares for individuals and families who are facing
a progressive, life-limiting illness, and those who are grieving the death of a loved one.

The BC Bereavement Helpline is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to the healthy and wholesome recovery
of individuals experiencing grief. Serving the bereaved and their caregivers, both volunteer and professional, since 1988.

palliative care. CHPCA offers leadership in the pursuit of excellence in care for persons approaching
